Many people say ‘I don’t have a creative bone in my body’ but until you have the opportunity to try in a relaxed, fun environment you will never know and be surprised to find you most definitely have. It’s often like so many things – a willingness to just give it a go and enjoy the experience!
For those wanting to learn a few floristry skills and also enjoy time here on the farm at one of our creative workshops or picking flowers please take a look at what we are currently offering.

Come and join us at the farm to kick off the festivities at one of our Christmas Wreath workshops. They are being hosted in The Old Dairy, and we'll be providing lots of fresh, locally grown foliage from our Christmas trees, hedgerow forage of berries off the farm, and a variety of dried flowers and seed heads we've been busily drying from the cutting garden and of course the obligatory festive decor and ribbons. We provide handwoven willow rings and the moss is from a sustainable UK source, doing our best to ensure these wreaths are made with as much care for our environment as possible. -
SOLD OUT Come and enjoy an hour at the farm picking your own dahlias in the walled garden. Price includes picking 20 dahlias of your choice whilst having a relaxed time and enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and slice of homemade cake afterwards, surrounded by nature in the walled garden. Bring a friend if you wish and make sure you have a clean bucket to pick them in, and enjoy a lovely morning at the farm picking flowers. Book a 1 hour slot from either 10am or 11am -
If you would like to make your Christmas door wreath in the comfort of your own home with friends and family then our wreath kits make it really easy. We will prepare the willow rings for you wrapped in sustainable moss so the messy bit is out of the way and you can get on with the fun stuff! We cut foliage from our homegrown Christmas trees off the farm, cut within a couple of days of you making your wreath so it is super fresh. We also include our homegrown and dried flowers and seed heads, plus cones, orange slices and a choice of coloured ribbons... or go natural! Here is an example of a wreath kit looking fab on a customer's door! Please order by 20th November and confirm when you would like to pick up the wreath kit(s) which will be available from 26th November until 16th December. If you need them sooner please get in touch to request a day and time for collection.
